Governor Bobby Jindahl bows out of the Presidential contest: "This is not my time"

Soon to be Ex-Governor Bobby Jindahl picked a great day for a low-profile exit from the Presidential contest, telling Fox News "This is not my time." 

After he is forced from office by term limits in January, he will be thinking at America Next, a think tank he set up a couple of years ago. Updated scorecard:

Ex-Governor Palin riding low in the water & high in the polls

Holy S***t!    People laughed when Jack wrote a year and a half ago that Sarah Palin had a serious shot at succeeding President Barack Obama--after one term.  Pablo laughed, and didn't take his jabbering as half-serious...it was just Jack being contrarian Jack.   But then, a few months later, the Teabag movement began gathering momentum, Sarah Palin had sold millions of books, and piled away millions of dollars. She was making highly paid speeches.  She's been racing around the country and beating the drum for teabagger-approved candidates. 

This recent Gallup Poll raised the collective hairs on our necks. 

We haven't seen any recent Palin-Obama head to head polls, but this is feeling more than a little spooky.  The juggernaut we all thought would blow itself out by now is still picking up steam.  Even Levi is back on the bus.

In an opinion piece this week in the Weekly World News, Ed Anger writes:

"Bobby Jindal says he’s from Crapistan or one of those hellholes, but do we know that for sure? Maybe he’s really a Terminator from the future, except instead of laser beams, he can kill you just by talking. At least that Cheney robot we had for eight years didn’t go on TV and bore you to death, and that Romney one’s programmed to smile once in a while."

Governor Bobby Jindal's Dr. Faustus Bargain?

An update from the weekly world news tells that Senator Bobby Jindal’s talks with Satan appear to be working, since not long after, he was picked to deliver the official GOP response to President Obama’s State of the Union. Unfortunately, it was an unmitigated train wreck. . .


It looks like the wheels may be coming off his deal with The Devil.
